Applied Kinesiology (AK) is the essence of integrative and holistic medicine, drawing from the disciplines of chiropractic, clinical nutrition, and functional neurology, that takes the standards of diagnosis and treatment to a higher level. It is a non-invasive, diagnostic system that uses manual muscle testing to evaluate the structural, biochemical, and mental factors that balance and restore the major systems of the body.

To correct a problem and do the most to ensure it doesn’t recur, structural, biochemical and mental systems must be evaluated to find where the underlying cause of a problem lies.
